All purchases made through 105MPH — including pitching programs, lifting plans, breakdowns, and other training materials — are delivered electronically via email, text, or direct download.

 

 

2. Delivery Time

Most digital products are delivered within:

  • Automated plans or downloadable resources within 24 hours

  • Allow for 1–3 (some cases more) business days for custom programs, mechanical breakdowns, or personalized services.

Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see an email from us within the expected time.

 

 

3. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship any items through postal or courier services. There are no shipping fees, delays, or tracking numbers associated with our services.
