Why is this important?

To understand what to work on. Don't guess your training, get insightful feedback on how you move to move better on the mound.

A breakdown of your mechanics 

Drills and correctives to work on your flaws

Ask any questions you want to our coaches

 

How will you receive our product?

We will need you to fill out a form that will allow us to give you a breakdown. A link will be sent to your email. Then a video will be sent to your email.

What's needed from you?

You need to have a side video, front/back video of your throwing on the mound, with HIGH INTENT, recent videos, game or bullpen. This will allow us to fully break down how you move when it's time to go.  Also to fill out all the forms that are included in a PDF, Wavier, Questionnaire and Mechanical Breakdown Form. ALL MUST BE DONE BEFORE PRODUCT IS RECIEVED.

 

BEFORE ANY TRAINING HAS STARTED, THE ATHLETE MUST FILL OUT THE WAIVER
